To create a Book of Honor of Connecticut veterans and servicemen of all eras that is associated with the Connecticut State Veterans Memorial being planned for the area adjacent to the Colonel Raymond Gates Memorial Cemetery across from the State Veterans Home in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, on West Street.

Mrs. Cahill's second project is to complete payment for the new heating and air conditioning system recently installed in the Oliver Ellsworth Homestead.
